Мішені та механізми психологічної допомоги ветеранам при психотравмі побратима

Статтю присвячено теоретичному аналізу психологічних наслідків втрати побратима військовослужбовцями та ветеранами і визначенню пріоритетних мішеней психологічної допомоги. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена комплексним характером психотравми бойової втрати, яка поєднує посттравматичну симптоматику, ускладнене горювання, провину вцілілого, сором і моральну травму. Метою статті є теоретичне обґрунтування структури та механізмів розгортання психотравми втрати побратима, а також систематизація мішеней психологічної допомоги з урахуванням динаміки адаптаційного процесу. Дослідження має теоретико-аналітичний характер. Використано термінологічний, тематичний, контент-текстуальний і порівняльний аналіз наукових джерел, а також методи теоретичного узагальнення та концептуального моделювання. Встановлено, що психологічні наслідки втрати побратима не можуть бути зведені виключно до симптомів посттравматичного стресового розладу. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтегративного розгляду симптоматичного, емоційно-когнітивного та морально-смислового вимірів травматичного досвіду. Запропоновано авторську системно-динамічну модель, відповідно до якої психотравма може розгортатися від первинних психофізіологічних і когнітивних реакцій через переживання провини та сорому до трансформації особистісної ідентичності й морально-смислової сфери. Визначено основні мішені психологічної допомоги на різних етапах адаптації: дистрес і посттравматичну симптоматику, ускладнене горювання, переконання, провину вцілілого, сором, моральну травму, емоційну дисрегуляцію та соціальне відчуження. Практична значущість результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні необхідності диференційованої та безперервної системи психологічного супроводу військовослужбовців і ветеранів, орієнтованої не лише на редукцію симптомів, а й на інтеграцію травматичного досвіду та відновлення психологічної адаптації.Посилання
